RETURNS

The returns fees are your responsability (shipping cost, taxes and duties).
The following returns conditions are for all items purchased at Precouture.com

Returns are excepted within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be in pristine condition, have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. If returning several items from the same order, all merchandise must be returned in one complete package. We can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.

Precouture.com reserves the right to refuse returns if all conditions above are not met.

Please be aware that between the time we receive your order back and the refund there is a legal time of 14 days to process to it. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Please note that items on sale, the lingerie, the swimwear, the jewelry, the pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please note that items purchased on preorder won't be refunded, you will benefit of a gift voucher on the website to exchange your order. 

For returns that were purchased by gift certificate, are not possible.

Process

European Union
European customers have to pay the shipping cost for the return of their order. To return items purchased, please call our customer care team at +33 984 510 672, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 till 19:00 GMT+1 (except during French bank holidays) or send an email to conseil@precouture.com. Returned items must be placed in a clean package with the return form filled in. Any return made by another carrier won’t be refund.

Rest of the world
International customers have to pay the fees for the return of their order (shipping cost, taxes and duties). Please call our customer care team at +33 984 510 672, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 till 19:00 GMT+1 (except during French bank holidays) or send an email to conseil@precouture.com to aware us that you want to proceed to a return. Returned items must be placed in a clean package with the return form filled (form in the package). We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. Please note that items on sale, the lingerie, the swimwear, the jewelry, the pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please note that items purchased on preorder won't be refunded, you will benefit of a gift voucher on the website to exchange your order. 

Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size. If the desired size is out of stock, exchanges won't be possible.

If you have any questions or concerns please call our customer care team at +33 984 510 672, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 till 19:00 GMT+1 (except during French bank holidays) or send an email to conseil@precouture.com in order to reserve the article in the size required. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.
